Xu Lei, chairman of Japan Textile Corporation, also said to the first financial daily (micro-blog) daily that the notice had been withdrawn.
Xu Lei also said that this year's foreign trade orders are particularly good year, the processing volume increased by about 10% over the same period last year, and the processing amount increased by 20% over the same period because of the rising prices of raw materials such as cotton. With all kinds of income, the average wage of workers working in Japan spinning is about 25 thousand yuan a year, up to 10%~20%, and some employees' wage increase is even more than 20%, but even so, the labor supply of Japan textile is still tense.

Luo Weiming, chairman of Shanghai dragon textile company, told reporters that the company set up a garment processing plant in Chuzhou, Anhui. The wage level is not much lower than that of Shanghai.
He said that in a factory in Shanghai, a lathe worker can get a salary of around 3000 yuan a month, 12 hours a day, and 2000 yuan in Chuzhou, although it looks a little lower, but in Chuzhou, the workers usually work for 8 hours, and they go home after class.
Luo Weiming said that the new factory is ready to start after the Spring Festival, which requires 220 workers to be recruited. Although built in Chuzhou, Anhui, recruitment is still a troublesome problem. The number of workers recruited now accounts for about 70% of the required number. Some of them are recruited through the form of dug up feet. They originally worked in Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou, and saw that the factory was built at the door, so that they decided to return to work.
The company also introduced that in order to make workers work at ease, the RBA is slightly higher in processing fees than the peers. Before the Spring Festival, it will solve the worries of workers returning home after the Spring Festival, and appropriately raise the level of workers' remuneration. The maximum income of skilled workmen can reach 7000~8000 yuan a month. In recent years, the proportion of workers returning to RB after the Spring Festival has reached 80%~90%.
Constantly improving the treatment of workers and solving the shortage of labour in the textile and garment industry can not solve the problem once and for all.
A company who acts as a foundry for multinational clothing brands said that a garment for a foundry costs $19, plus a profit of $1, and the company sells it at 1 US $20. The price of the multinational garment enterprise is 9~10 times higher than that of the consumer. The profit margin of the OEM is only 5%. If we continue to raise the wages of the workers, the profits will be exhausted.
Luo Weiming said that now there are foreign trade orders, but the lack of strength matching clothing processing plants, can only build their own factories in Anhui, where the labor force is relatively abundant. In the future, on the basis of factories, we should gradually enhance the R & D design ability of clothing, and build our own brand of clothing within 3~5 years, and gradually reduce the dependence on foreign trade business, so that we can really solve the development obstacles caused by labor shortage.
