4, Party B shall not waste or misuse the decoration materials of Party A, otherwise, it will be punished according to 500 yuan / time, and compensation for Party A shall be compensated.

5, Party B shall complete all construction tasks within the time limit stipulated in the contract, and shall be punished according to 200 yuan per day for each extension.

Party B shall not be liable for breach of contract if Party A fails to pay in time, the material of the decoration is delayed or the content of the new construction is delayed.

6, the repair period of the house is two years, and Party B shall be responsible for free maintenance of Party A in time of warranty.
