Two. The period of subcontract (rental)

Five, delivery time and manner

Six. Special agreement on rights and obligations


1. the contract between Party A and the employer is still valid.

However, if Party B fails to perform the obligation of subcontract (lease) to Party A, Party A shall bear the liability for joint breach of contract with Party A.


2. Party A has the right to supervise the operation of land by Party B, and requires Party B to fulfill its contractual obligations according to the contract.


3. Party A has the right to recover the contracted management right after the expiration of the subcontract.


4. in case of natural disasters in the period of subcontract (lease), the higher Party shall grant the first party a reduction or exemption from the tax and duty on the relevant land and the relief funds issued.

If Party A is required to handle the formalities, Party A shall be responsible for timely processing.

5. Party B has the right to require Party A to deliver the contracted land management right in accordance with the contract and require Party A to fulfill its contractual obligations in full.


6. after obtaining the right to contracted management of land, Party B shall enjoy the right to use the land, the right of income, the right to organize production and operation and the right of disposition of products.


7. Party B shall not alter the agricultural use of subcontracted (leased) land and shall not be used for non-agricultural construction.


8. Party B shall protect and make rational use of land in accordance with the law, increase input to maintain land fertility, not engage in predatory operation, and shall not cause permanent damage to the land.


Seven. Change or rescission of contract


During the period of validity of this contract, one of the following circumstances may be changed or rescission:


1. the state or collective construction needs to be requisitioned or used by the government according to law, and shall be subordinated to the needs of the state or the collective.


2. during the period of subcontract (lease), Party B shall assign part or all of its rights to the third party in the subcontract (rental) contract, and shall agree with Party A and the employer, and sign a supplementary agreement in writing.


3. any Party A or B requests to change or rescind the contract must notify the other party in advance, and obtain the consent of the other party.


4. during the period of subcontract (rental), Party B may terminate or change the contract if it is destroyed by an irresistible natural disaster and can not be re cultivated.


Eight, liability for breach of contract


1. if any party breach a contract, he shall pay liquidated damages to the contract keeping Party.

Nine. Dispute clause
