Insist on attracting talents from high positions. Deepen the "school county cooperation", jointly build a special fabric production, learning and research platform with Sichuan University, and go to Shenzhen College of Tsinghua University to hold enterprise talent progressive training classes; Establish the Jingyan Textile Industry Association, form the spinning, dyeing and finishing industry chain relying on the Jingyan Economic Development Zone, and form the cultivation mode of "expanding employment demand+strengthening skills training+participating in skills competitions"; Cultivate local scientific research talents, textile enterprise management talents, add new employment posts, and select excellent skilled talents to participate in national, provincial and municipal skill competitions.
Optimize the talent environment. Implement the talent mechanism of county leaders contacting service enterprises, and employ members of overseas investment promotion team as "one-on-one" talent liaison; Establish expert groups on enterprise party building, practical technology, emergency rescue, disease prevention, mental health, etc., and put the leadership of the Party in the first place; Implement preferential policies for medical treatment of outstanding talents and schooling of their children, solve the housing problem of talents, create a "green channel" for administrative approval, and provide "all-round, one-stop" high-quality services; We carried out a wide range of activities to select, commend and console outstanding entrepreneurs, so that industry talents can "come in and stay".
