Since March 2001, Mr. Wu Jinying has successively served as system staff, system R & D Manager and software R & D Senior Manager of the company's information technology department, and served as the company's supervisor from November 2015 to February 2021.

On the same day, Ms. Wu Qianyu was appointed by the board of directors as the company's securities affairs representative to assist the Secretary of the board of directors in performing his duties. Wu Qianyu was born in December 1992, Chinese nationality, without permanent right of abode abroad. He has a master's degree in business from City University of Hong Kong. He is now the office manager of the board of directors of the company. Ms. Wu Qianyu once worked in Ping An data technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., and joined La chapel in February 2019. She successively worked in the company's investment department and the office of the board of directors.
