Xinjiang lashabel Clothing Co., Ltd. In order to ensure the continuity and stability of the company's internal governance, production and operation, and further improve the standardized operation level of the company, the board of directors of La charbell elected Mr. Wu Jinying as the chairman of the Fourth Board of directors of the company. The term of office is from the date of deliberation and approval of the board of directors to the expiration date of the Fourth Board of directors.
According to the announcement of No.1 textile network, Mr. Wu Jinying was born in 1973 with Chinese nationality and no right of abode abroad. He is currently a director of the company. Since March 2001, Mr. Wu Jinying has successively served as system staff, system R & D Manager and software R & D Senior Manager of the company's information technology department, and served as the company's supervisor from November 2015 to February 2021.
On the same day, Ms. Wu Qianyu was appointed by the board of directors as the company's securities affairs representative to assist the Secretary of the board of directors in performing his duties. The term of office is from the date of deliberation and approval of the board of directors to the expiration date of the Fourth Board of directors.
Wu Qianyu was born in December 1992, Chinese nationality, without permanent right of abode abroad. He has a master's degree in business from City University of Hong Kong. He is now the office manager of the board of directors of the company. Ms. Wu Qianyu once worked in Ping An data technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., and joined La chapel in February 2019. She successively worked in the company's investment department and the office of the board of directors.
According to the public information, La chapel is a fashion group with multi brands and omni channel operation, which is positioned in the mass consumer market. At present, the company focuses on the brand differentiation development direction with women's clothing brand as the core, and strives to build a brand cluster with women's clothing brand as the core.
