China Textile Alliance Product Development Award Declaration

Notice on organizing the declaration of the 2020 China Textile Industry Federation's product development award

All provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government, textile and garment associations, textile and garment enterprises, specialized markets, industrial cluster areas and related units:

In order to encourage product development and management innovation, establish and promote product development and innovation management mode for sustainable development, enhance market competitiveness, promote industrial transformation and upgrading, and explore advanced experience of enterprises in the face of new crown epidemic situation, quickly adjust product structure and market layout, optimize supply chain management and strengthen digital construction, set up a product innovation management innovation in China's textile industry. The Chinese Textile Federation will carry out the 2020 annual "China Textile Industry Federation product development contribution award" (hereinafter referred to as the "product development contribution award"), and the office of the product development contribution committee will be set up in the China Textile Industry Federation Productivity Promotion Department. The relevant requirements are hereby notified as follows:

I. purpose of activities

The 2020 annual award for product development award is centered on product development to promote the sustainable development of enterprises. It advocates the market oriented product development management mode. It pays attention to the industrialization application of advanced and applicable technologies such as new materials, new processes and new designs. It pays attention to the application of information technology, such as human intelligence, big data and cloud computing, and pays attention to environmental protection, energy conservation and consumption reduction. With circular economy, pay attention to industrial chain resources integration and collaborative innovation, improve product added value and market competitiveness, and promote the construction of textile power.

Two. Scope of declaration

Any organization registered in People's Republic of China and having the function of developing textile products may declare, including but not limited to: R & D, manufacturing, spinning and weaving intermediaries, industrial cluster areas and textile specialized markets, such as fibres, yarns, fabrics, garments, household textiles and industrial textiles, auxiliaries for dyeing and finishing, textile machinery, etc.

All provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Committee of the textile (clothing) association, China Textile Association professional associations and related units can recommend excellent textile and garment enterprises (units) to declare.

Three. Awards setting

(1) contribution award for product development: according to the criteria for evaluation of product development award of China Textile Industry Federation, it is produced from research and production enterprises such as fiber, yarn, fabric, clothing, household textiles and industrial textiles, dyeing auxiliaries, textile machinery and other research and development enterprises.

(two) Product Development Promotion Award: Based on the evaluation criteria of the China Textile Industry Federation's product development award, it comes from the declared textile intermediaries, industrial cluster areas and textile specialized markets.

Four. Review procedure

The evaluation of the "product development contribution award" is made by the office of the Organizing Committee of the product development contribution award. The accreditation procedure is as follows:

(1) formal examination: the office of the Organizing Committee of the product development contribution award is responsible for the formal examination of the declared materials. The application materials for formal review will be submitted to the Organizing Committee for product development award.

(two) qualification examination: the office of the Organizing Committee of the product development contribution award is responsible for the qualification examination of all the reporting units according to the declared materials, and the reporting enterprises (units) that have passed the qualification examination have entered the preliminary list of the product development contribution awards this year.

(three) initial evaluation: the office of the Organizing Committee of the product development contribution committee organizes the evaluation experts according to the implementation rules of the China Textile Industry Federation's product development award, adopts the comprehensive evaluation method of qualitative and quantitative combination, conducts preliminary evaluation and on-site inspection on the initial list enterprises (units), and produces the preliminary evaluation results.

(four) reappraisal: the Organizing Committee of the product development contribution award has final approval of the preliminary evaluation results, and has produced the list of the winners of the product development contribution award this year, and has made a decision.

(five) publicity: in accordance with the principle of fairness, impartiality and openness, the Organizing Committee of the product development contribution award will publicize the results of the selection on the following websites.

Five, recognition and promotion

(1) awarding the award-winning unit's annual "China Textile Industry Federation product development contribution (promotion) Award" honorary title; and awarding certificates and medals to the awarding units at the "2020 China Textile Innovation annual meeting".

(two) the award-winning units were invited to give keynote speeches and experience sharing in the corresponding forum of "2020 China Textile Innovation annual meeting".

(three) propagandize reports to the award-winning enterprises in the well-known mass media, industry media and social mainstream media, and promote advanced experience in product development and management.

(four) the selected enterprises can give priority to the opportunity to display and promote the best practices on the professional online platform.

The enterprise declaring the product development contribution award should fill in the declaration form of the China Textile Industry Federation's product development contribution award 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the declaration form, see Annex 2) and product development management case (see Annex 1).
