To create a good social atmosphere for manufacturing industry, the city issued several opinions on implementing the "new manufacturing plan" and promoting the development of high quality. The core of the plan is to take the structural reform of supply side as the main line, adhere to high-end, intelligent, green and service-oriented, insist on increasing total volume, excellent stock, promoting increments, improving quality, realizing the high quality development of digital economy and manufacturing industry, and turning the two engines together to provide an endless momentum support for the development of Hangzhou.
