In order to protect consumers' shopping experience and maintain market order, Fei pig has revised the rules of flying pigs, the scope of release of flying pig category and the standard of service standard for holiday products.

It is necessary to revise the consumer protection standard that can be released by the free line category and the newly added single ticket products.

The rule changes will take effect in April 12, 2019.

Details of the changes are as follows:

1. The rules of flying pigs.

1, businesses should provide services to buyers in accordance with the following regulations. If a business violates the following regulations, it should be treated as a breach of commitment in the general violations of the rules, giving each deduction four points:

(1) in accordance with the "scope of acceptance", the customers who receive the reception and the services required to provide buyers are required.

(2) to provide the buyer with the terms and conditions of the rules specified in the commodity details page, and not to add any other conditions.

2, the cancellation of other commodity orders due to business reasons shall be paid to the buyers according to the rules of the "refund rule" / "cancellation policy" module on the details page of the goods. The order for the single plane tickets within the category of "free travel within the territory" and "departure free line" shall be dealt with according to the provisions of the "flying pig consumer protection standard".

Two. Scope of release of flying pigs category.

1. The new category of goods that can be released within the territory: the single ticket products of the cities in the mainland of China where the origin and destination are made.

2. New category of overseas available goods: single ticket products from mainland China, Hongkong, Macao, Taiwan and other countries or regions outside mainland China.

Three. The standard of service for holiday products.

The seller cancelled the single ticket order of "free travel within the territory" and "exit free line" category:

1, because the airline cancels the flight to cancel the order, the businessman promptly notify the buyer according to the relevant regulations of the "flying pig rules". If the buyer abandonment the airline's protected flight, the merchant should refund the buyer in full.

2, due to other reasons, the order should be cancelled. The merchant should pay the buyer a penalty according to the rules of the "refund rule" / "cancel policy" module.
