In recent years, the Shanghai municipal market supervision bureau has concentrated on organizing law enforcement forces to conduct market inspection and quality sampling for 47 brands, 125 batches of functional clothing sold by 20 distribution enterprises in 8 regions of Hongkou, Jingan, Huangpu, Minhang, Pudong New Area, Xuhui, Yangpu and Changning.
After testing, 40 batches were unqualified (8 batches were not in conformity with the national mandatory standards and product standards, 34 batches were inconsistent with the express functional requirements of the enterprises), and the unqualified detection rate was 32%, down 6 percentage points over the same period.
Among them, 38 batches of functional clothing, including the standard (including enterprise standard) and the target value, were disqualified, and the unqualified detection rate was 21.1%, an increase of 12 percentage points compared with that of the previous year. There were 13 batches of functional clothing with no indication standard, but 12 batches were not qualified. The unqualified detection rate was 92.3%, an increase of 65 percentage points over the same period last year. There were 69 samples of functional garments that did not show the standard and the value of the samples. There were 20 batches of failed batches, and the unqualified detection rate was 29%, which increased by nearly 38 percentage points over the same period last year.
It does not conform to the national mandatory standards and product standards. There are 8 batches, including 4 types of decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes, formaldehyde, product instructions and fiber content.
There are 34 batches of unqualified functional items. They include 9 categories: hygroscopicity, moisture permeability, UV protection, water resistance, water penetration, quick drying, water absorption, deodorization and antistatic property.
The nominal trademarks of substandard samples include SAILAULOND, GEORGIMANIYA, Cartier Le crocodile CARTELO, NIKKO, GU, Jack Wolfskin, ICEPEAK, GANT Gantt, Callaway, UNDER UNDER, CARTELO, 3, V, Ti Xiang, Xun x, TK, TK, TK, TLC, Tianlun Tian, Xun, Pai Ge.
Among them, Shanghai Rui FA Clothing Co., Ltd., which is sold in Zhengda square shop, is named "POLO SPORT" men's jacket produced by Shanghai Rui FA Garments Co., Ltd. (supplied or supplied) (model specification: 175/96A; item number: H10303706). It is found that the decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine benzidine is measured at 28 mg/kg (the standard value should be less than 20 mg/kg), exceeding the requirements of the national compulsory standard.
Decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amines are important safety indicators that affect human health.
This index is not qualified, and long-term contact is easy to induce cancer.
The Shanghai Xujiahui mall Limited by Share Ltd six hundred branch company sells the "SAILAULOND" brand shirts, which are produced by the Shanghai Frech clothing Limited company (the model specification: 170/88A, and the goods number: 638012), is expressly B products, formaldehyde measured 106 mg/kg (the standard value should be less than 75 mg/kg), which is not consistent with the national mandatory standard requirements.
Formaldehyde exceeds standard, free formaldehyde released easily causes respiratory tract inflammation and skin inflammation through respiratory tract and skin, and even induces cancer.
According to the results of the random inspection, the market supervision department has ordered relevant operators to immediately stop selling unqualified commodities, conduct a comprehensive clean-up of inventory commodities and goods sold, and urge the unqualified commodity operators to initiate measures to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers according to relevant laws and regulations.
