The purpose of the design competition is to discover and train excellent designers of children's wear, and to demonstrate the design and innovative thinking of the new generation of fashionable children's clothing.
The 942 submissions received in the preliminary stage are not only from the clothing college teachers and students, but also from the fashion designers who have been engaged in design for many years, including international designers from other countries and regions in Hongkong, Taiwan and overseas.
The finalists were selected by three top Chinese designers: Lu Minchao, China's top ten fashion designer, Xu Xun, Dean of the school of art and design, Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, and China top ten fashion designer Zhang Yichao.
