First, in

work

Before you think about how to do something, you need to figure out what you are doing.

We always jump to think about how to perform our work. This tendency has several problems: we may not be clear about what we are going to do, why we are going to execute it or how great it is to accomplish it.

Skipping the details and starting directly will not work, and it will probably tie us down.

In the new year, remember to identify every idea you want to achieve, and determine what the bigger goal is behind the idea, and then start working on it.

What matters is not what you do, but why you do it.

Second, we must have

target

Spend at least a quarter of an hour each day to think of a longer term goal than your to-do list.

This is a decisive point.

I think this should be done every morning, but for a few people, perhaps the most effective thing is to do it in the evening and prepare for the second morning.

What are your long-term goals? After a year's review, what will you do for your next day? If you look back from ten years, what are the main points to accomplish in order to achieve these goals?

The amount of effort we spend every year reflects the degree of rigour that we ask ourselves.

Spend a few minutes a day asking these questions.

Maybe not every question can come up with an answer, but in the process, you will make smarter choices and go through those minor setbacks faster.

For me, it takes five minutes to ask questions before working day, and to write blog at night is an effective way to help me jump out of the daily to-do list and seriously ponder what is the most important thing.

In what way do you want to turn this reflection into routine behavior?

Third, we must have

Good people

Think about what things can bring together your colleagues rather than what you can get from them.

The best working environment in the world has something in common: colleagues share collective development prospects and they do anything for each other.

Compared with the brutal competition environment of the jungle, I prefer this kind of environment because it is more beneficial to me and my organization.

Try to build this friendly environment and find out what you and your colleagues want.

In this process, we should build trust, recognize the achievements of others in time, and sacrifice some small profits for the sake of collective interests.

If you are a manager, you need to convey information between your subordinates and your subordinates and face this matter with selfless attitude. Do not try to gain the credit of others.

Finally, this is the quickest way for everyone to harvest their achievements and happiness.
