The survey showed that 95% of British retailers said they had sold goods on the Internet retailer platform, accounting for 86% and 68% respectively on Amazon and eBay.

51% of online retailers said that price competition was the biggest pressure, while 49% said the source was a problem. 43% of British online retailers said that 21% to 30% of the store's revenue came from the international market.

At the same time, they said they will increase investment in mobile advertising in the next two years.

43% of retailers said that 21% to 31% of the station's current traffic came from the mobile terminal, but many expect that this proportion will increase rapidly in the next two years.

70% of retailers said they would enhance brand awareness through social media, especially through interaction with new generation consumers through social media, and at the same time boost the conversion rate.

Jordan Weinstein, general manager of Cheong Road Marketing, said that retailers are increasing their exposure rate at every stage of consumer shopping through online and offline channels.

"The e-commerce market is already very crowded, and British retailers know that only by interacting with consumers through multiple channels can they succeed."

He said.

It is understood that online retail sales in the UK are extremely developed.

Online retailers not only do business in their own countries, but also extend their business to the international market. Among them, Australia, New Zealand and the United States are the main cross-border e-commerce export destinations for British retailers.

According to IMRG, the electronic retail market in the UK has increased by 16% over the past year, of which Internet sales are 91 billion.

The figure exceeds the original 12% forecast of IMRG and Capgemini.

The electronic retail market in the UK is expected to account for 21% of the total retail market share.
