The Xiangcheng Environmental Protection Bureau commissioned the Henan provincial engineering consulting center to compile the" Xiangcheng leather industry development plan (2012-2020) ".

Xiangcheng development and Reform Commission has commissioned Henan Zhengda environmental science and technology consulting engineering Co., Ltd. to undertake the environmental impact assessment work of the project.

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Interim Measures for public participation in environmental impact assessment promulgated by the State Environmental Protection Administration (Circular No. 2006[28), the relevant contents of the environmental impact assessment work are hereby publicized.

< p > construction of two major bases: first, build a deep processing base for the Water Park Industrial Park, focusing on the centralized production of the former water works section of the city leather enterprise, concentrating the collection and processing of chromium waste, giving full play to the advantages of environmental protection technology of Boao leather industry; and two, building the primary processing and production base of Ding Ji and Mu Ling leather, dispersing the later stage processes, elongating the leather industry chain, and producing diversified products, so as to reduce pollution, achieve energy saving and improve efficiency.
