Mr. Shahryar Afandizadeh, deputy head of the Ministry of roads and urban construction, said that the first 8 months of this year (referring to the year March 21, 2011, from March 21, 2011 to November 21st) were pshipped through Iran.

Mr. Afandizadeh points out that the road and urban construction department will pform the general highway into a highway to expand the pport function.
