According to the prospectus report, Ding Guoxiong's major shareholder is "Ding family" holding more than 8 shares.

It is understood that the predecessor of Jordan sports was founded in 1984 in Jinjiang, Fujian Province, Jinjiang City, Chen Tai brook commodity factory two, belonging to collective ownership enterprises, from Ding old, Ding Guoxiong and his son to inject 136 thousand yuan to establish, affiliated with the village committee. At present, it is mainly engaged in the design, production and sale of sports shoes, sportswear and sports accessories.

The company's prospectus shows that after Jordan sports changes and share reform, the top six shareholders are Fujian 100 group (Ding Guoxiong, Ding Yezhi husband and wife 100% Holdings) 64.73%, Ding Jiafang 16.18%, Ding Canhui 8.09%, Ni Zhennian 6%, Xie Changzhi 3%, Xie Changzhi 2%. Among them, Ding Jiafang is Ding's brother and Ding Shijie is Ding Guoxiong's nephew, so the Ding family's shareholding ratio is 82.91%.

According to the prospectus, at present, Jordan sports has 5374 brand stores, plans to start A shares, 112 million 500 thousand shares, plans to invest in the construction of R & D, channel construction four major projects, the total investment is expected to be 1 billion 200 million yuan, of which 1 billion yuan will be raised with fund-raising funds.
