The rate of collective consultation and collective contract establishment has reached 98%. The regional textile trade union has actively explored the construction of collective bargaining mechanism with labor quota as its main content. In the past 6 years, 15 garment varieties have been worked out, and 1309 working procedures have been worked out.

In addition, trade unions at all levels of the Shanghai textile industry have also actively assisted the party and government in solving the most concerned, direct and realistic interests of workers. We have taken into consideration the different needs of groups such as difficult workers, migrant workers and retired workers. We have set up a trade union support platform that is linked to social assistance, a trade union employment platform that is linked to the administrative re employment responsibility system, and a trade union assistance platform corresponding to the needs of the needy workers.

It is reported that in the next 5 years, the Shanghai textile trade union will focus on the "12th Five-Year" development goal of textile industry, further stimulate the sense of responsibility and creativity of workers, and establish a more perfect staff innovation service system, mobilize workers to make contributions to innovation driven and pformation development, and improve the overall quality of workers through a sound learning and training mechanism and incentive mechanism.

At the same time, textile trade unions at all levels will continue to strengthen grass-roots trade union construction, continuously enhance the vitality of trade union organizations, promote collective consultation and strengthen democratic management as the basic way, improve the mechanism of safeguarding rights and consolidate the development of harmonious labor relations.
