It will form a new retail entity, JC 5 star sales shop.
During the extended pition period, these stores will continue to operate as JCPENNEY outlets. 12 months later, there will be revolutionary changes. These stores will be renamed as JC 5 star sales outlets.
In addition, JC Penney will continue to sell these direct sales.
