Luohe'S First Single Export Sierra Leone Leather Shoes Passed Inspection

A few days ago, the 3515 pairs of leather shoes which were inspected by the Luohe Bureau and 12800 dollars worth of leather shoes, which were inspected by the Bureau of Luohe, were successfully passed the pre shipment inspection at the Shanghai port and exported to Sierra Leone for the first time to the Luohe products.

According to the agreement of the People's Republic of China General Administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine and the Ministry of trade and industry of the Republic of Sierra Leone, and its implementation plan, since February 1, 2004, three items of pre shipment inspection, including commodity inspection, value assessment and supervision loading, have been carried out for China's exports to Sierra Leone, with a value of more than $2000 per batch.

Commodity inspection activities are inspection of items such as name, quality, quantity, safety, hygiene and environmental protection of export commodities; value assessment is the determination of fair and reasonable value of the goods in import and export trade; surveillance loading or boxing is the supervision of the loading process of export goods, so as to ensure the consistency of the batch of export goods.

The above three items are the general requirements for pre shipment inspection. The corresponding product standards for each shipment are determined according to the laws and trade contracts (L / C) of Sierra Leone.

In order to ensure the quality and inspection procedures of the goods conforms to the requirements of the two countries' agreement, the Luohe inspection and Quarantine Bureau's business personnel communicate with the enterprises on the basis of careful study of the agreement, requiring them to stipulate the inspection standards in the foreign trade contracts according to the "agreement", and to quote the finished product price approved according to the raw material value and the processing cost, and to quantify the reasonableness of the contract price of the export leather shoes from the angle of the enterprises themselves.

While inspecting the finished products, the inspectors sent samples to the CNAS qualification Laboratory for standard requirements testing. At the same time, the prices of the products were compared with the similar products of the market and the previous export products, and the rationality of the contract price of the products was confirmed from the inspection and quarantine point of view. In addition, the pre shipment inspection items were communicated with the foreign trade companies, which ultimately ensured the first export Sierra Leone products in Luohe successfully passed the pre shipment inspection.
