To achieve the desired adhesive effect, the interlining of all cotton non durable fabrics must be super soft, low shrinkage, small heat shrinkage (compatible shrinkage of adhesive lining must be compatible with fabric), no yellowing, good stability, water resistance and no touch on fabrics.

In addition, as the cotton non iron shirt is in the process of gasifying and smoking processing, it needs to pass 160--170 degrees oven for 6--7 minutes (some domestic enterprises even bake for up to 12--13 minutes). Therefore, we must pay attention to the bonding condition is lower than usual condition when bonding and pressing, for example, the temperature should not exceed 160 degrees, so that after the oven, the overall adhesion effect will be the best. In the process of serving customers, we found that most manufacturers did not pay much attention to this problem. As a result, the adhesion of clothing after fumigation was greatly reduced, and the phenomenon of glue penetration and poor hand feeling appeared.

In regard to the sewing process of all cotton non iron shirts, we need to pay attention to the above problems.

1, tailoring

A, check fabric quality;
B, natural stretch selected fabric. Under normal circumstances, the fabric should stretch naturally for about one hour, and then be cut down. This is mainly to eliminate the tensioning force generated when the fabric is curled.
C, during the cutting process, the movement of the bed and the relative slippage between the fabrics are avoided.
D, whether the cutting pattern is suitable or not will directly affect the cost of the product, especially when cutting the belt fabric. For example, the neckline of the neckline and sleeve should be coded according to the size, and the size should not be varied, because the sewing department will usually modify or tighten the cutting piece to match the sewing, resulting in wrinkles or twists.
E, pay attention to the interlining problems such as knot, roving, glue leakage and so on. If so, it must be replaced.

2, sewing thread

A, the comprehensive shrinkage of sewing thread should be similar to that of fabric.
B and strength should be suitable.
C, soft and smooth.
D, size (thickness) is suitable; general YISHION polyester line is the main (composite shrinkage is 0.5%).
