At 7:30 on the evening of July 29, 2011, the fourth session of the Raffles Alumni Association of Donghua (alumni weekend Reunion) was staged in the B2 Bazaar By Lotus entertainment life city in Xintiandi.

More than 20 alumni took part in the theme of "hot summer days without appetite."

Thai food DIY! "

In the short time of 2 hours, the Thailand gourmet cooking class activities not only enjoyed the pleasure of cooking food, but also relived the sense of accomplishment when designing the work personally.

At the beginning of the event, Mia, the teacher in charge of the Alumni Association, warmly welcomed the alumni who came to attend the event, and brought the good news of the establishment of the student entrepreneurship center and the opening of the first Chinese student original brand store RafflesPrivato.

The Shirley teacher, who is responsible for employment recommendation, also took part in this activity. Many of the alumni gathered here found their favorite jobs through CPD, and some alumni who are starting their own business also recruited powerful assistants from their alma mater with the help of CPD. CPD

So we see Shirley teacher, feel very cordial, have in the gap between her and her employment experience.

Bazaar by Lotus is a well-known multinational company, Thailand Zhengda Group, following the two major retail brands of "Bu Po Lian Hua" and "Zhengda square", and is adhering to the business philosophy of "committed to providing the best quality products and the most thoughtful service to consumers" and launched the high-end retail brand.

This weekend reunion activities, organized by Alumni Association Bazaar, specially created a special class for Thailand gourmet cooking classes for alumni. Alumni sent invitations to alumni through various channels such as SMS, e-mail, micro-blog, alma mater, and the official website.

Of the alumni who participated in the activities, 70% of alumni were new faces of alumni on weekends.

At the event site, Bazaar not only provided free ingredients and gift bags, but also invited the Royal chef in Thailand to instruct everyone to cook Thailand's favorite food: sago cake and coconut jelly.

During the activity, the atmosphere was very active. Everyone took the professionalism of the Raffles and took the ingredients seriously.

It can be seen that many alumni are also novice cooks. Some do not know how to master the heat. Some do not know what kind of kitchenware to choose.

But in the process of cooking, we gradually came back to the spirit of perseverance in schoolwork, and gradually found a tacit agreement between friends. Even the few boys who showed up showed great patience.

After the cooking, everyone took out their cell phones and took pictures, and uploaded micro-blog to spread this warm moment to more alumni.

Four alumni such as Qin Xu, Ding Qianqian, Wu Shuang and Ouyang Sisi finally won the culinary awards and received exquisite gifts from Bazaar.

The alumni weekend will be presented to you as a gastronomic class, and a new attempt by Alumni Association.

We hope that through more different forms of alumni association activities, we can give everyone the mental relaxation after working hard.

In 2011, the Raffles Alumni Association in Donghua will carefully integrate alma mater resources and strive to promote the theme of the Raffles year of happiness, and strive to provide more effective help for the wider variety of activities planned by our alumni. Alumni Association also welcomes alumni 'suggestions to help us move forward, so that the care and support of alma mater can truly become the happiness of every alumni.
