Thanks to the intensive development of various public welfare recruitment activities in the first half of this year and the effective measures of "going out and importing" to recruit workers, the employment of enterprises in our city has been effectively restored. From the structural analysis of job seekers this quarter, the three major job seekers, namely, foreign personnel, new unemployed youth, and rural personnel in the city, account for 44.32%, 20.13% and 15.20% of the total job search respectively.


From the analysis of supply and demand gender, the contradiction between supply and demand of labor structure in our city still exists. The rate of seeking men is only 0.95, while that of women is 1.7, and the gender difference between demand and job hunting still exists. The same enterprises also favor job seekers who are between 25 and 34 years old. The rate of seeking employment is 1.67. Compared with those who are above 40 years old, the rate of employment is below 0.7, which is difficult for employment. This reflects the structural contradiction of employment in our city.
