The supply of adiponectin, hexamethylene diamine, nylon salt and nylon 66 polymer products in Wichita area of Kansas, USA, was declared to be under the force of force majeure. The company spokesman has confirmed the news.

The force majeure is mainly due to the tight supply of butadiene in upstream raw materials, and the company has not been clear about the duration of the force majeure.

At present, the global supply of adiponectin is in short supply, resulting in the production of nylon 66 at a low rate of opening. In addition to the announcement of force majeure in the world, only lanteqi's installations in Italy are in normal production and supply.

As early as the early May, there were about 10% - 20% of nylon 66 supply in Europe, and some buyers began to seek overseas suppliers such as America and Asia. The force majeure of the IVDA adiponectin device will further aggravate the tension of global nylon 66 production.

Adiponectin is an important raw material for the production of hexamethylene diamine. Hexadiamine and adipic acid are the main raw materials for nylon 66 production.
