Process For Reducing Pollution In Tanning Process

2008/8/11 9:43:00 41781

As we all know, leather production will produce a lot of pollutants. At present, there are some technologies that have been verified by industrialization to reduce pollution.

Therefore, the treatment of leather waste can be more economical and feasible.

Low pollution can significantly reduce the amount of pollutants in leather production, and the characteristics of these processes are:

Soak.

Treatment of raw leather preserved with a small amount of salt and fungicide can reduce the chloride ion in wastewater by half.

Liming.

Through the waste ash circulation method, hair removal and enzymatic depilation can reduce the pollutants in the Ash Leaching wastewater.

Deashing and softening.

Chrome tanning.

Reducing chromium, chloride and sulfate and suspended solids in wastewater.

Tanning after treatment.

Finishing.

Improve the utilization rate of finishing materials and use water-based finishing materials.

Total pollution reduction.

By using the above low pollution cleaning process, a better tannery can reduce pollutants in the waste water to: SS (solid suspended matter) reduced by 58%, COD reduced by 38%, BOD reduced by 37%, sulfide reduced by 90%, NH3-N reduced by 87%, TkN reduced by 57%.

Process Characteristics Of Thermosetting And Thermoplastic Reinforced Plastics

In order to further improve the mechanical and electrical properties of thermosetting and thermoplastics. Glass fiber filler (glass fiber) is often added to plastics, and it is used as a reinforcing material and new composite material is made of resin as binder. It is commonly called reinforced plastics (thermosetting plastic reinforced plastics, also known as glass fiber reinforced plastics). Because of the different types, lengths and contents of glass fiber made of plastic formula, its manufa
