China Synthetic Leather R & D Base Settled In Lishui

Research and Development Center for waterborne resins and waterborne synthetic leather

The R & D Center for waterborne resins and water-based eco synthetic leather was established and awarded by the China Plastics Processing Industry Association. It was built by Lishui Nike water resin technology Co., Ltd. and fully relied on the technological research and development and talent advantages of Anhui University in the field of synthetic leather and waterborne resins.

Industry enterprises have carried out pilot projects, and achieved good results, and accumulated valuable experience.

Through the R & D and promotion of the R & D center, the water-based resin production technology will be completely replaced by the Development Zone in 3~5 years.

The existing organic resin production technology in the industry will completely solve the problem of waste gas pollution control in the synthetic leather industry of the development zone.

After the advanced demonstration base of circular economy, another good thing happened in the synthetic leather industry of Lishui. The synthetic leather industry has taken a solid step in technological innovation. It is also a long-term effort for Lishui to grasp the synthetic leather industry.

The relevant departments should make full use of various means such as policy support and tax incentives to fully support the construction and development of waterborne resin R & D center, and introduce aquatic resin related supporting industries in an orderly and planned way, comprehensively promote the pformation and upgrading of the synthetic leather industry, and maintain the leading position of Lishui.

The majority of synthetic leather enterprises should actively cooperate with R & D centers and take part in alternative applications of new products, so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of synthetic leather industry.
