24 Ningbo Enterprises Are Among The "Top 100 Enterprises In Zhejiang Province"

The day before yesterday, Zhejiang Enterprise Confederation, Zhejiang Entrepreneur Association and Zhejiang Industrial Economy Confederation jointly released the 2008 "Top 100 Enterprises in Zhejiang Province", and 24 enterprises in our city were on the list. From the list over the past few years, the number of real estate enterprises on the list has increased, but the number of textile and clothing enterprises has decreased, which shows the development track of rapid growth of the real estate industry and decline of the comparative advantage of the textile and clothing industry in recent years.  
Increase the threshold for listing
The ranking of the list is mainly based on the total sales (or operating income) achieved in 2007. This year, the threshold for the top 100 companies to enter the list continues to rise, which shows that Zhejiang enterprises are growing well. The sales revenue of the champion on the list rose from 22.6 billion yuan in 2002 to 84.4 billion yuan in 2007, and the sales revenue at the bottom of the list reached 4.8916 billion yuan, compared with 4.01 billion yuan last year, an increase of six times over the 800 million yuan in 2002.
There are two enterprises in our city listed in the top ten: Zhenhai Refining Chemical, which ranked first last year, ranked second this year with an annual income of 73.33 billion yuan, and Ningbo Jintian Investment Holding Co., Ltd. ranked ninth with 31.97 billion yuan. The champion was won by Zhejiang Products Group with 84.4 billion yuan.
Five real estate enterprises in Ningbo are on the list
This is the sixth time that Zhejiang has released the list of top 100 enterprises. From 2002 to 2007, the industry distribution of the top 100 enterprises changed significantly. There are 15 enterprises in the housing construction and real estate industry listed in Zhejiang this year, up sharply from 4 in 2002, indicating the rapid development and growth of Zhejiang's real estate industry in the past five years. Among them, there are five real estate enterprises in our city, including Yinyi Group, Longyuan Group, Zhejiang Guangtian Riyue Group, Century Huafeng Holdings Co., Ltd. and Huasheng Construction Group.
In addition, the number of enterprises in the textile and clothing industry declined from 16 in 2002 to 7 in 2007, which shows that the comparative advantage of Zhejiang's textile and clothing industry has declined and has entered the stage of accelerating the adjustment of industrial structure.
