The Rise Of National Textile Industry Cluster In Xinyi

The construction of xinfengming polyester fiber project with an investment of 18 billion yuan in Xinyi City was officially started on May 22. The project has been listed in the list of major projects in Jiangsu Province in 2021, with an annual output of 2.7 million tons of differential fiber, 1 million tons of DTY and 600 million meters of green textile fabrics. After all of them are completed and put into operation, the annual sales revenue will reach 26 billion yuan and the profits and taxes will reach 2.5 billion yuan.

Xinyi is a "high-end textile new materials and green manufacturing base" awarded by China Chemical Fiber Industry Association. The base is committed to the development of high-end textile, intelligent manufacturing, new materials and other emerging industries. There are more than 30 chemical fiber textile enterprises such as SRK, xinshengxin and Jingwei chuangtuo, including 23 enterprises above the scale, 8 national high-tech enterprises, and 15 R & D platforms above the provincial level. At present, Xinyi has formed a one-stop industrial system of R & D, spinning, textile, garment processing and sales. After xinfengming polyester fiber project is put into operation, the industrial base will form a scale of annual sales of 50 billion yuan, profits and taxes of more than 3 billion yuan, and become a national textile industry cluster.
