65 Million Yuan Fake "Bosideng" Was Seized, Involving 9 Provinces And Cities Nationwide

Recently, the Suzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau and the Changshou City Public Security Bureau, through cross regional and multi police cooperation, joined the economic investigation departments of nine provinces and cities such as Hunan, Zhejiang, Henan, Hebei and Jiangsu Nantong to launch the nationwide cluster network campaign against the "Bosideng" trademark infringement case of Changshu, and successfully destroyed a counterfeit Bosideng brand product's supply, marketing and criminal network.

10 suspects were arrested, 11 of them were smashed, counterfeiting and selling dens, and the products of counterfeit Bosideng brand were seized.

More than 7300 pieces, more than 5 trademark labels and packaging boxes, 55 counterfeit fabrics and more than 6000 meters, involving a total value of over 65 million yuan.

In late October 2014, the Changshu police received a report from Bosideng down garments Co., Ltd., which found some production and processing factories in the market inspection. Under the condition of not obtaining the authorization of trademark use, the company produced a large number of silk quilts and down garments for counterfeit Bosideng brand and wholesale and retail throughout the whole country through the Taobao network. The amount was huge, involving many provinces and cities throughout the country, which seriously damaged the brand image of the enterprise.

After receiving the report, the police immediately set up a task force to keep an eye on the effective clues and dig deeper into the hidden criminal gang.

In order to grasp the evidence of counterfeiting and selling fake clues and find out the network structure of criminal gangs, the task force group has screened and judged tens of thousands of network paction information, arranged the police clues for valuable clues, conducted secret investigation and secret visits.

During the 2 months of investigation and operation, investigators conducted many rounds of investigation and evidence collection with Jiangsu, Nantong, Hunan, Hubei, Zhejiang, Shandong and other places, and finally found out the basic framework, main members and manufacturing and selling dens of the crime network.

Under the secret cooperation of the higher level public security economic investigation department and the relevant police, the Changshou City Public Security Bureau Economic Investigation Brigade dispatched more than 20 policemen for more than half a month, and sent to Jiangsu, Nantong, Hunan, Zhejiang and Hebei, Henan, Shanxi, Shandong, Liaoning and other places, and more than 500 local people's public security economic investigation and police stations were attacked.

After several days of collecting the net, the police arrested fake Bosideng in Nantong, Jiangsu.

The manufacturer Chen Mou, Pu Moumou, as well as supplier Hao Mou, Xia Mou and so on, in Henan, Zhejiang and so on has captured dealer Zhao, Lou and so on, the case is further hearing.
