In the interview with reporters, the manager of new class Lun said that the new company is a professional shoe and clothing enterprise integrating research, production and sales. Since 2008, the company has obtained the N graphics through the third party's exclusive right to pfer the trademark.

The trademark is issued by the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and enjoys the exclusive right to use trademark on sports items such as sports shoes.

He believes that the new balance company has made changes in the actual use of the trademark "N and map" approved for registration. The main part of the two sides of the sports shoes, namely the English letter "N", has not been used as a trademark for the "N and map" trademark. It has no exclusive right to use and has no right to exclude the use of others.
