Sunset review:


In August 11, 1995, the Federal Government Gazette of Mexico announced that the anti-dumping duty of class 47% should be determined by the results of the sunset review.


In February 26, 2002, the Mexico Federal Government Gazette bulletin announced the results of the sunset review of this Eucalyptus. It was decided that the anti-dumping duty of 5 years with the tax rate should be renewed from August 11, 2000 onwards.


In July 23, 2006, the Mexico Federal Government Gazette bulletin announced the results of the sunset review of this Eucalyptus. It was decided that the anti-dumping duty of 5 years with the tax rate should be renewed from August 11, 2005 onwards.


Related investigation procedures: in April 21, 2010, the Mexico Federal Government Gazette announced anti-dumping investigations on denim produced in mainland China.


In July 8, 2010, GlobalDenim and Kaltex of Mexico proposed to Mexico Ministry of economic affairs anti-dumping inspection on Hongkong cowboy cloth.

The Ministry of economic affairs of Mexico announced in August 12, 2010 that it would review the case.


According to the survey results, the Ministry of economic affairs of Mexico has decided to rescission of the anti-dumping duty on denim produced in Hongkong, and has been effective since the date of this announcement (i.e. January 21, 2011).
